I’m back ! And now the casual comfy chic, ” athleisure ” look is in for this Winter. That is the I’m not trying to hard, but I will add a pair of heels with my slouchy, baggy outfit or the I’m super casual but my highlighter is on fleek or I’m going to wear a matching sweat suit and look really put together, even though I’m wearing sweats. Soon enough the Juicy Couture sweatsuits are going to make a comeback. Brands like Vetements and Champion, have been making this apparent separately and collaboratively. This trend was always things but it was bound to explode with the high influx of “chic” slides that made a come back from the 90s, like the Adidas, Puma Fenty and even luxury companies like Gucci and Chanel also following the trend. The more “athletic” brands from back in the day like Champion, Fila, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger are making their appearance again and everyone is loving it. To be honest, the “hood” look that people criticized so much is now loved now that is mainstreamed, but we’ve been doing it for forever, everyone just wants a piece of the pie now.
